Registration of Peruvian's Children Born Abroad (Under 18 Years Old)
General Requirements
01
Form F-006 (free of charge).

Receipt of payment - Banco de la Nación for procedure (S/.46.55).

Receipt of payment - Banco de la Nación for registration,which is equivalent to 1% of the UIT (S/.36.00).

An application addressed to DIGEMIN according with the established format, from the father, mother or guardian duly identified.

A copy od the applicant's Identification Document.

Original Birth Certificate of the minor legalized by the Consular Representative in the origin country, accredited in Peru and authenticated by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.*

Original and copy fo the Birth Certificate or Register of the Abroad Born Peruvian from the Peruvian father or mother that request the registration and a copy of the Identity Document.

Original and copy of the identity document that entered to the country and a copy of the Andean Immigration Card (TAM).

Two (2) pages of filiation of the minor signed by the father and mother or guardian duly identified (with Power of Attorney) and endorsed by the Chief of Immigration if the procedure begins in provinces. (ONLY FOR PROVINCES).

One (1) clear colored passport size photo with white background.
Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday  8:30 - 13:00
Note:
(*) If the document is in a foreign language, it should be translate into Spanish by an official translator.
 
Important Information
Payment for Procedure: S/. 46.55 nuevos soles.
Qualification: Required Evaluation.
Procedure Timeline: 15 days.
Department in Which Starts the Procedure: DIGEMIN or Immigration Headquartes.
Authority Who Approves the Procedure: Director General de la DIGEMIN y Director de Naturalización.
Authority in Case of Reconcideration:Director General de la DIGEMIN y Director de Naturalización.
Authority In Case Of Appeal: Ministro del Interior.
