In order to fulfill this procedure, the applicant must have the approval of Change of Immigration Status.
Worker, Investor, Rentier, Student, Professional or Dependents
Only the general requirements.
Married to Peruvian citizen, Religious or Children under 18 years old*
(*) Exception of the Annual Rate of Immigration. In addition to those general requirements, submit:

Refugee / Asylee
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

Official Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The applicant has to submit the document with which has done the Official Letter (DNI, passport, Alien Registration Card, without document).

Payment for Procedure: S/. 35.00 nuevos soles.
Qualification: Required Evaluation.
Procedure Timeline: Diez (10) days.

  Authority Who Approves the Procedure: Director de Inmigraciones.
  Authority in Case of Reconcideration:Director de Inmigraciones.
