Immigration Control of Foreign Nationals’ Exit
General Requirements

Valid passport.

Andean Immigration Card (TAM).

Valid residence or stay, as applicable.
Note:
The applicants can not be registered in the Warrent Registry of the National System form the Peruvian Police with a arrest warrent or excepted applicants are those who opt to by the agreements or regulations about supression of visas.
The tourists and residents contained in the Agreement Peru- Ecuador and other bilateral agreements or DS Nº002-99-IN or Decision Nº503 of the Andean Community, they could submit instead of the passport any other National Identity Document recongnized by the establlished regulations.
TEMPORARIES: Diplomatic
Submit the general requirements.
TEMPORARIES: Consular and Official
Submit the general requirements.
Note:
If the applicant the authorized stay, submit the Procole Identity Card or authorized extension approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
TEMPORARIES: Tourist, Transit, Student and Religious
Submit the general requirements.
TEMPORARIES: Business
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

In case the applicant has received a revenue of national source, submit the resolution of the determination of tax range to travelers or Tax Payment from SUNAT.

Letter of Guarantee of the national or legal representative, or submit an Affidavit in which states the applicant does not receive a revenue from the national source.
TEMPORARIES: Artist
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

Letter of Guarantee of the hired company in which states the total amount of tax payment.

The applicant has to submit the resolution of the determination of tax range to travelers or a certificate of Tax Payment.
Crew
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

Boarding Card.

Letter of Guarantee form the representative's agency of the ship.

Crew list.
Worker
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

A certificate of withholding tax issued by the natural or legal person that received the services or an affidavit indicating that the applicant does not owe to the treasury.
TEMPORARIES: Investor, Rentier and Professional
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

TEMPORARIES: Journalist
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

Press Credential issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
RESIDENTS
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

A valid Alien Registration Card or Diplomatic Card or Protocol Identification Card.

Letter of Guarantee of the national or legal representative, or submit an Affidavit in which states the applicant does not receive a revenue from the national source. Excepted: Children under 18 years old, students, religious, immigrants, diplomatics, consulars and officials.
RESIDENTS: Under 18 Years Old
Submit the general requirements and the following documentations:

Submit the Travel authorization issued by the family court's judge or notarized permit (if it issued in the country) or consular authorization legalized by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if it issued abroad). In all cases, it is only for one trip.

Valid Alien Registration Card ( to those older than 10 years old) or warn seal in the passport ( to those under 10 years old) if the applicants accept the residence of one of the parents ( if they enter to the country before octuber,1997).
RESIDENTS: With a Definitely Exit Card
Submit the following documentations:

Valid passport.

Definitely Exit Card.
Note:
Children Under 18 Years Old: Submit the Travel authorization issued by the family court's judge or notarized permit ( if it issued in the country) or consular authorization legalized by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if it issued abroad).
RESIDENTS: With Bordder Laisser-passer
Submit the following documentations:

Valid laisser-passer.

Valid Alien Registration Card.*

Andean Immigration Card (TAM).
Note:
Children Under 18 Years Old: Submit the Travel authorization issued by the family court's judge or notarized permit (if it issued in the country) or consular authorization legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if it issued abroad).

RESIDENTS: Crew Land
Submit the following documentations:

Valid Crew land Card.

RESIDENTS: Ship Crew
Submit the following documentations:

Valid card issued by the airline.

The General Statement of Fight forms the Airline in which states the full name of the crew and the applicant is working for the airline.
03
Andean Immigration Card (TAM).

Payment for Procedure: gratuito.
Qualification: Automatic.
Procedure Timeline: On the same day.
  Department in Which Starts the Procedure: Immigration Control of Authorized Exit or Authorized Border Control.
Authority Who Approves the Procedure: Inspector or Technician of Immigration.
