Original and copy of the passport in which is the personal details, the exit seal for cancel travel or relinquished whose procedure was not made timely. |

Copy of the flight ticket and letter of the airline issued in the airport or a proof that the applicant did not leave the country, if the travel was by land. |

If the annulment of the immigration control and exit seal is made timely in the authorized Control, the applicants are exempted of the requirements 1 and 2.
